I appreciate all the help, professionalism and knowledge Jimmy gave me today. I didn't know what was wrong with my car and Jimmy took the initiative to test my battery, starter and the alternator. He figured out, it was the battery. Then he actually installed the newly purchased battery without hesitation. Great service! I've come to this location twice that I can recall. First time I needed help with a check engine light, the employee helped me figure out what might be going on and got the part I needed because he said it would be easy to install (which it was). The next time I came the manager Jimmy helped me with wiper blades and an engine filter.
