Not a great experience. They seem very much incompetent add two different locations. Parsons Avenue and reynoldsburg. And to make it even better they didn't even try to order or offer to order what I was looking for. But when I called O'Reilly's and they did not have what I needed she was very quick with her offer to order said product. At this point I believe most companies hire anyone if it means keeping the doors open. Absolutely ridiculous!!
Best customer service I’ve dealt with in a long time! Helped me with everything I needed and very friendly !
I’ve always came to the store to get my oil and oil filter for my oil changes on my truck and any other miscellaneous items recently had an issue and they resolved it quickly and everyone inside the Reynoldsburg store has been extremely nice with great customer service. Scott, the general manager is very helpful and the district manager as well thanks guys! -Brian Smith
