I purchased the wrong battery at another store and the only place that had the battery I needed, in stock, was Advance Auto Parts in Whitewater. The staff was friendly and patient and helped me to confirm my purchase as the correct battery for my RV. I appreciated the service.
The manager Nancy did took the extra time on a hot day to install my wipers on XC-90 Volvo.
One of the employees was super helpful and apologetic. The other not so helpful.
