RecommendedI thought I needed a new socket for my blinker bulb, but David offered to take a look at it for us and was able to show us what needed to be fixed and saved us money that we didnt need to spend. He was extremely helpful and polite and prefessional. Great customer service!!
I went to buy windshield wipers the other day and one of the workers came out and installed them for me in the rain ♥️ about a week later I was driving down the highway and one flew off, so I drove right there with my receipt in hand... I explained to the woman at the counter what happened and no questions asked she went and grabbed another wiper blade and another worker came out and reinstalled it for me. They were all very pleasant and I always have a good experience when I go there, so thank you! ☺️
This place and people seriously suck! They are rude and never know what their doing!!! Not to mention God forbid you want to return something.... It's like hell trying to get your money back!
Absolutely the worst customer service tonight. I've been buying part here for years. I guess, no more. Auto Zone is right down the street and they provided a better part, not to mention the right one, at a better price and installed it. Advanced if they had offered to install would have known it was the wrong headlight bulb.
The absolute service, they gave me the wrong headlight. When I brought it back in unopened,the salesman yelled at me then argued with me. Also was way over charged for a sinhle basic headlight, bought two xtravision headlights for about 8 more dollars elsewhere.
