So, I had to run into this store yesterday. I ran in quickly to pick up a part I needed to fix my car. NONE of the employees were wearing a mask. Today, I find out they’re closed until further notice because an employee tested positive for Covid-19. An executive order is in effect to wear masks in stores. How come this place wasn’t obeying this order?????
I was there today may 28th at the Terryville Ct location returning 2 containers of transmission oil, and was told by the clerk, a big guy with a beard, that there were no returns to be done without a receipt. I have never heard such a thing before so I checked your website and found your return policy and brought it back In to show your employee and only after being confronted with your policy said to bring them in and he’d do the return.
