Advanced Auto in Portland, you have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was driving with no pad and a disheveled rotor while you sold me the wrong break pad to fix the problem. I went to the closest parts store for the correct part for more money than what you sell for. Do you think I was going to take a 40 minute drive just to get the right part from you and shred a new rotor? And now you won't match the price let alone refund me because the box was opened????
