I will never buy another part from Advance Auto again after my experience here. Sales rep had no clue what he was doing because it didn’t look like the picture!! On top of that I stressed I might not need part but wanted it just Incase. No problem you can return it if you don’t need it he said. Well low and behold I don’t need it and they won’t return it. I know parts stores are hurting with internet sales and other outlets but that’s foul!

Went in to have a battery installed, they checked and confirmed we needed one. The manager told the employee to wait on people in house first before going out and installing our battery. We waited over 30 minutes until I asked when they would get to us the manager said that people in line come first, I could swear I was one of those people. I guess a $10 bottle of anti-freeze is more important than my $150+ battery. I think the manager thought it was funny because he had a big smile on his face.
