Rain was very helpful. My boyfriend needed to have his engine filter replaced and we assumed it was just going to be tabs or simple to get it out, but she gave us the tools needed and helped us get it out. She also helped us get more tubing that was missing for the air system! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us! She seriously deserves a raise and her attitude about it was so kind and helpful. I've been to this Advance Auto parts quite a few times. The staff has always been incredibly helpful. There are quite auto parts stores I can pick from in the area but this is the place I keep going back to because the staff has always gone the extra mile to help me here.
I need a battery terminal bolt for my Ford focus SE 2012. I walk in and it is $14.50 for ONE! On Amazon it is $6 for TWO. . . Delivered to my doorstep! THEY ARE PRICE GOUGERS. I would love to be able to have businesses not take advantage of people but advanced auto parts is not amongst such businesses.
