***THANK YOU TO A GREAT TEAM***Special shout out to Crystal and Dave. I went to AutoZone for a new battery. Huge mistake! AutoZone could not change my battery because they could not unscrew a plastic knob. I fortunately went to Advance Auto Parts in West Valley City. Crystal easily removed this knob and Dave replaced my battery. They went above and beyond providing excellent customer service. They were personable and true automotive professionals.
