ive been shopping with Car Quest/advance for a while...today made me not want to shop w them anymore...called in to order a part...worst service ever...over 2 hrs to get a part delivered...then i call back..salesman says i got good news/bad news,not what i wna hear,time is $$$ ,says your order got lost,but now your part is on the way...who wants to hear that after waiting over 1 hr already,service was good w the store,until the took all these stores to supposedly make better service,faster deliveries,and now u call,u on hold... read more
