I give this store and HANNAH and JOSE 5 stars! Another store (Rivers Ave) refused to install my car battery, stating that it was past 2015 and they could not install. It was all untrue. I called Goose Creek and asked if they could help. Hannah told me they would and then Jose installed. He was very kind and got it done in less than 10 minutes. This store was very busy and they seemed to know all customers by name. I was impressed and will definitely give them my business on the future.

This is our 2nd time in this store and the employees are more interested in playing and flirting with each other then helping the customers. The 1 male employee and 2 female employees were behind the counter while multiple customers walked out and 2 employees would walk away when customers would start to approach for help. The one female with long black hair didn't seem to have any knowledge she kept flipping the computer so the customer could read the screen, not why you come to Advance by the way, a little assistance would... read more

One hour to purchase a car battery, despite having only three customers in the store and three employees behind the counter. I told the employees I would check the website for a potential discount, and they said, “Sure, go ahead.” Finding a discount code proved nearly impossible. I tried the online chat and waited more than 20 minutes for a response. I eventually called customer support, only to learn that there are no discounts on batteries. Ever.
