Today my low tire pressure light went off....tire had 6 pounds of air in it. I could hear the air coming out. Me being a single female and no one to call stopped to ask an employee for help getting air into my tire so I could make it to my home 4 miles away in traffic. He said they had no way of putting air into my tire(like portable air compressor) and was told I could buy fix a flat. No other options and no offer to help! RecommendedCustomer service was on point and they let us use their tools on our expired battery. I’ll definitely be back! Price was fair too.
I pulled in to the parking lot and my car died. Everyone in the store was so helpful and polite. The experience was great and I was back up and running in no time.
Walked in to get a recommendation on what kind of fuse I would need for a specific issue, the guy started shaking his head saying he didn't know before I could even finish explaining, never even came to look at the fuse box. I didn't understand the terminology which was why I even came, figured they could atleast tell me what kind I needed but didn't bother even trying. Issue still not resolved.
Go in and buy everything for a full brake job at about 6pm including rotors. Rebuild the calipers go install rotors one has obviously been returned and is defective same with the pad. Never should have been put back on shelf. Now I have to take a day off work cause your closed by the time I figure this out. Guess it's time to go back to AutoZone. Even better when I come the next morning it is 7:45 and the doors are still not open. This is unacceptable.
was told my battery that I bought from you and was under warranty was good. Took it to a well-known mechanic shop and had to test it and was told it was bad you would not make it good so I went across the street to AutoZone show them the output from the mechanic shot and agreed with me that your battery was bad. I will never buy anything from you. Oh yeah your excuse your battery was not charging because it was too cold for it.
What a great time that Adcance Auto shown us on Yesterday! They treated us like family we stayed outside and wash cars and all their customers came out and supported with a donation if they didn't get there car washed! Hats off to wonderful people at Adcance Auto👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Helped replace my mom's battery! Staff was helpful, funny, and had us order online for a discount! They even made sure that it was the battery instead of the alternator...would definitely go back!
