Just want to share the wonderful experience that I had with Steve, the service manager, at Advance Auto on Main Street in Green Bay. I called to see if he could help me with my windshield washer tubing that I broke when I lifted the hood on my car too hard and fast last winter. He said that he could and that I could stop by right away. He looked at it and started working at it with confidence. In no time he had it fixed for me. Thank you Steve!
I needed help with some brake line fittings and the lady working was very knowledgeable, it’s amazing how the right fitting can get a car down the road or rather help it stop when needed.

Ordered a gasket online and was notified that it was ready, drove across town to pick it up and they tried to give me the wrong one. Told them it was the wrong one and they looked for 15 minutes and then admitted to not having it but said they could have it by Sunday. It’s now Sunday and I called beforehand to make sure that they had the gasket and they said they did so I drove across town to go pick it up and they tried to offer me one that’s already been opened(and possibly half installed for all I know), after I told them... read more
