Staff gave my significant other an incorrect part that they had a week to produce, after this they then proceeded to belittle and talk down to me when I returned the part for him when I had nothing to do with previous engagements. I do not recommend the staff at this location, they are not able to provide customer service.

Poor customer service !!! I bought a battery 5 months ago, with a 2 year guarantee. The car sat, undriven, for 2 days. The battery went dead. Jump start it, it runs until you shut it off, so it has to be jumped every time you turn the car off. Mechanic says the battery is bad, take it back. They won't honor the guarantee until they've had it on a charger for 24 hours. Do you know your car isn't usable without a battery?! Do you care that that's my only means of transportation?!
