The man that we asked to test our battery has a personality like a rock. He was pretty rude, wish I got his name.
Expensive but ok
I went into the store and Emily was at the register. I showed her my phone and ask if I can have this battery. She let me know that it was an EV (Electric Vehicle) battery. Once we were on the same page she started pulling her cart out. I asked her, "are you going to change my batter?" I couldn't believe it, I never had a woman change anything in my car. It made me so happy that she knew exactly what to do. Emily is definitely an asset to the company.
Had to return a bulb I had just bought because it was the wrong size, Peter V was very impatient and rude with his tone and lack of customer engagement while returning my one, single, item
