Rude staff worker their this morning he doesnt have the personality to be customer service at all won't be going this location
The staff working are rude, condescending and unfortunately don’t have any skill or knowledge to help customers with basic issues, wouldn’t recommend this location
I would like to thank the staff at this location. Everytime I come here for help the employees are so friendly and all helpful. They are nicer than any other advanced auto. I come from irondequoit to this location just because they are the best!!!!
Jack at the Macedon Auto Zone was great. He explained everything he was showing us on the computer for the battery we were gonna purchase. He exchanged the battery for us, which was very nice of him. Very friendly as well. I hope to have him for customer service the next time I have to go there. There is such a huge turn around for the employees there. Hope to not loose him. Jack thats for all your help today and you were awesome
Scotty helped us out while stopping by for some new wiper blades ! He helped find the correct size and installed them for us in the pouring rain. He was very polite and friendly along with the rest of the guys working up front!
