I absolutely wanted to give a shout out to the team at the Norton Ohio location for superb service! That team went above and beyond to get me the parts I needed and the next day! So grateful for them! Paul and Mike!! You are the best!!!
Went in yesterday got all that i needed. Stood at the counter for like 5 minutes. The 2 guys that worked there ignored me and the other customer. They were right there just talking to each other. Thought they would be more employees but I guess not. I left all my stuff there and went straight to O'Reilly. Should of went there 1st. More than 2 employees worked there. The staff was nice but they never seem to have what I need in stock. 10DEC25 Apparently I was invisible today, not one person offered to help or see if I needed anything. The two filters I went to buy were not available and I really don't think they were in stock even though it implied online they had one of each. I'll buy online for a little more and save the frustration!!
I bought a battery and had it installed with no problem. Great service and help, thank you
