In English In my entire life I have never experienced an establishment where full grown men do not want to work. I stopped by this Advance Auto Parts to have my check engine light scanned using the diagnostic tool they advertise. Terrible service - avoid this store. The big guy with a beard didn’t look up or respond to us when we walked in. We spoke in English and Spanish just in case. He just grunted. After five minutes we got him to sell us a battery. When we continued having problems, we took the car to another store and they told us the battery was visibly leaking.
Poor customer service
