I was on a motorcycle ride to VA when the oil drain plug in my motorcycle (2003 Honda VTX 1300 s) fell out and got motor oil all over my fellow riders. We all ended up at Store 7633 in Wilmington DE. There I met Sarah an employee of the Advance Auto Zone store. Sarah went above and beyond the call of duty to fine the drain plug I need for my bike, so I could continue my trip. Wonderful service when the workers know what they are talking about
The AutoZone and Advanced Auto Parts on n market st are really for people who love ghetto, poor, trashy experiences. I called at 1:50pm to confirm parts that I needed that it says they have. I told the lady after giving all information possibly to make sure it’s no issue like the last time I was at one of those locations. I asked if she could retrieve them I’ll be there within 30mins.
