I have been a loyal customer of Autozone for 30 years I went and was looking for a part and the customer service was horrible. I am a retired police officer of 30 years of the Memphis Police Department and Tom at San Benito Advance Auto Parts Store took his time to assist me!! His customer service skills are Awesome!!!

GREETINGS, I placed an order from anAdvance Auto parts store that is located in the next city which about 8 miles from my location. I phoned the store to make sure the part I needed was on hand and Alexis took the time to verify that the parts was actually at her location. My experience has been that the majority of employees from the stores in my b town, do not do this.
