The young man at the counter, Jay was very helpful and efficient. He quickly located the parts I needed and even assisted with placing parts on my vehicle. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He is definitely managerial material . Definitely a asset to the company.

It’s not always easy finding good customer service, but Jay really went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. This is definitely a good location—I’ll be coming back because of the service I received. Highly recommend!
Worst experience ever at Advance auto, shopping for a long time but this location the staff didn’t want to provide service. Very unprofessional the guy was all on his phone while I waited over 10 minutes waiting to be served. Very disappointed as we have a commercial account and never been treated this way.
