Jacob is the sweetest guy ever!! Called the store in distress my daughter is a student at ETSU, her alternator went out, we live in AZ all our stores have closed. Jacob is aware of that and not being able to find us West coasters in their system and was able to help us swiftly and smoothly!!! They help everybody else out but I'm a black man and they don't want to help me because I see every other person that are white that they getting help from but yet for a black man like me on today at this time it's like they don't want to help me because I'm a black person but it's cool though because the man above going to get all the ones that want to be wrong for towards black people and I'm sick of it
