Staff customer service on 5/20/2015 is horrible. Two individuals on duty. Both walked to the front counter and never bothered to acknowledge my presence, nor did they speak, and turned and walked away. No other customers were in the store. I'm not sure where their focus may have been, but greeting a customer is a basic customer service practice.
The staff is super helpful and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you're taken care of.
