Superb staff from top to bottom. I went here recently due to problems from a battery that I did not even by from Advance Auto. Before long, several of the staff members were helping me and actually helping to correct the problem. I found out afterward that one of those fellows was the Regional Manager, Mike. I'm sorry for forgetting the other gentleman's name. Greg, the Manager, had been just as helpful a few days earlier. I wanted to write this review earlier but couldn't figure out how to do so. This place is a joke!!!!o have been up there 5 times in the past 2 days for brake pads and rotors and they’re giving me the wrong parts EVERY.TIME. The amount of gas and time I’ve spent driving back and forth after someone has already taken my wheels off, is CRAZY! I even did ALL of the research. Looked up the parts myself with my VIN number and after that, they gave me back the EXACT same parts they gave me the first time. The box that was opened was taped back up. Gregory was excellent, held his cool and assisted the customer with a calm demeanor, should be promoted to management. As a former AAP corporate employee, I appreciated his customer service. Others weren’t very helpful, but I am glad Gregory was there.
