The Laplata MD location has top notch phone and personal customer service. They are the best. Now for That Waldorf MD location they have the WORST phone and personal customer service. Never go to them. Go to Laplata Md. THE BEST HANDS DOWN!!!

I had a return of an item that had been used before I even opened it. I had a receipt and explained this to the cashier who right off the bat said "We aint made the money yet to cover this return, come back in the afternoon". He then walks away, no words, nothing, comes back and says I can only do an exchange because the item had been used. I told the person the product I bought had been used and resold that way, so he got his manager who said he was only going to exchange the item, no return.
