Consumer beware! I just returned from Not So Advanced Auto in Southington CT. Back in Sept/ Oct of 2015 I Purchased a battery. Now 10 months later the battery has gone dead and won't take a charge. I figured this should be easy remove battery and bring in to replace for one that is fresh. I visited this store. I was drawn there by the free battery installation. I dropped my wife at the store and me and my 5 year old daughter went there, purchased a battery and Mark the salesperson said he would install it. After 30 minutes we returned and he said it was too difficult and he found online that you had to take the front fender off in order to replace the battery. Although that didn't sound right, my wife was waiting and he basically refused, so we took the new battery and hoped to make it home. After coming home... read more
