Very bad experience for a simple process to check and replace battery 1. Battery tester not working- sends me to auto zone to get it tested then come back to claim warranty 2. When I come back to claim warranty they can’t process it in the system due a system error even though battery is clearly within warranty period. 3. Won’t give me a replacement battery because system does not work and asks me to try another “Advance Auto” Should have done what is right by the customer regardless of system limitations and just set me up ... read more
