I bought a marine battery online and had to call the store (at Hwy 42, Garner, NC) to see when it came in because after several hours, I still hadn't heard back from them. I picked it up and took it back home and put my volt meter on it and it showed only 12.3 volts which I thought low for a new battery. I also noticed that the electrolyte level was low.
