Purchased an item and attempted to return it three weeks later. The box was unopened and in perfect condition. Despite this, the store refused the return because I didn’t have the receipt and claimed they were unable to look up the purchase using the card that was used. The result? I’m now stuck with a $200 part I cannot use, through no fault of my own.
