I bought light bulbs for a work truck, given the wrong parts, it did take me 2 months to get back there because I do not use the truck. They would not honor my return or even swap it or for the right bulbs. I was given the wrong bulbs to begin with. This was my go to part store, not anymore. See, if a manager reaches out spanish guy at the store was very unmotivated, didn't even look like he wanted to be in that store. Maybe a manager will reach out to me about this issue. I was in the store, August. 20th, at 1:30 PM.
Was given the wrong part and told then I couldn't return it. Because I bought it 2 months ago but it was not used. They had the purchase in their system. Poor poor customer service, especially when you're dealing with a commercial customer. The Spanish guy at the desk was very much unmotivated.8/20/25 1:30pm Napa honors returns on unused items, especially when you given the wrong part, not the customer's fault. I'll let you know if a manager contacts me about this issue.
They know car parts well.
Won't allow customers to use the bathroom. Never been an issue with any other advanced in the state. I'll be taking my commercial business to O'Reilly's down the street where they actually allow you to relieve yourself when shopping.
