We have used Advance for years with no problem until now. But now is a serious problem !! We paid over $200 for a lifetime warranty alternator for my car several years ago and they can't find any record of our purchase. Not even any record of us as a buyer, it turns out that Advance wipes their records every 3 years of all information. How can you sell lifetime warranty parts and then wipe your system when your competitors keep them all and you don't have to keep reciepts. Very unhappy with this situation !!
