I had a bad return experience yesterday until the manager resolved the issue. The employee's insolence is probably due to the store's neighborhood which I intend to avoid in the future.
Balthazar is useless. He doesn’t know his own policies. He refused to refund core charges cuz he couldn’t figure out how. Brought them to a different store and had them refunded. He also refuses to warranty any parts. Brought it to a different store and had it warrantied and replaced. That dude needs to be fired. He’s unprofessional, he curses in front of customers. Asked me “why I waited to bring this shit in right before close”. I’m about to switch auto parts companies. All because of Balthazar.
Hoy en día están dando mal cervicio soy cliente pero lamentablemente ya no son como antes muy mal cervicio no lo recomiendo ir a comprar ahí y con las garantías las pierden no las valen así es q como cliente no compren agi
On 5/13 came into Advance Auto to get my engine light checked Mr Charles was very helpful in getting the situation rectified. Mr Charles this needed to get fixed ASAP. Thank again
