This is a good location. Chris was very helpful installing my battery and windshield wipers 👍
I visited this location at 9:00 AM on Sunday, August 10th. I greeted with “hello” multiple times, but there was no one at the counter or on the floor. I waited for about 20 minutes with no assistance before leaving. Very disappointed in the lack of service.
A young man by the name of Christopher took care of me. Very nice polite and knowledgeable person. I had to put a battery in my daughters car, which was thankfully still under warranty. A very good experience, thank you Christopher.
Bought a battery less than a month ago, completely dead. Checked my charging system, everything A-OK. Jumped the vehicle and drove 15 minutes with charging system putting voltage into the battery. Still dead. Explained all of this to 2 guys who both relayed this to the manager, they said it could be my charging system. I said i already tested that, but still they need 35 minutes to try and charge it before they can test it. Wait for 20 minutes, come back in and the battery is still sitting on the counter.
