My customers service rep was good however they advised one price under a product them said it was not in the right place. An employee put it in the wrong spot. I asked them to honor there advised price on the item sitting in front of both of us and the manager said no. I said this was not customer error, it was employee error. He still said no.so i kimdly got my refund for my items. Will not return. I was paying more than the discounted price so i guess losing more money was worth my entire purchase. Their decision. Stopped in because my battery was weak, and the staff was incredibly helpful right from the start. The employee who helped me answer my questions before I came was really helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately for me, the old battery (only a year old), already replaced under warranty wasn't under warranty any more. For Die Hard batteries, depending on the battery you get you get a certain number of years under warranty. Understandably the warranty doesn't renew even though the quality is BS and the battery is new. Anyways, got ... read more
