The other day I stopped by to inquire as to whether I could return a $3.99 (On Sale) Meguiars car soap. The young lady said I couldn't because it was opened. Fair enough. However I worked for Best Buy for 16 yrs and return policies can be and are broken to accommodate a customer. Especially for $4. A few days later I went back in and asked a different employee.
