Went in employee hiding in the isle behind the counter on his phone. When asked if they had a hose connector his look was confused and said try that isle. I said what isle. the one on the left he said while pointing in a general direction at every isle. I said I don’t know which one you are talking about. He diss it’s over there. Again pointing just out to know where. I just walked out of the store

I went in about a month ago and CHRIS was kind enough to help me install my windshield wipers, I explained that I was new to town and was planning ahead by asking him for a referral for a mechanic, and he told me about the good work of a nearby garage. Sure enough, something came up with my battery dying, so I returned for the good service from Advance Auto Parts where Darryl Keith came out to test my battery (which was dead) as well as my starter (good) but the alternator was NO GOOD. The employees couldnr be bothered to get out of their chairs. I asked about getting spark plug sockets. They pointed at shelf and said sockets are over there. Then went back to what tjey were doing on their phones before i decided to bothet them. Not sure the guy begind the counter could even spell socket. I wouldn't go back to this store for parts if they were giving em away for free.
