These guys saved me at my worst moment. My car battery died in the mall parking lot. They went above and beyond to help me get a new battery and get everything sorted out. They made something that could have been a huge headache for me into a minor inconvenience. Thanks to all of you who were working this afternoon!
Usually don’t leave reviews for anything. But would really recommend coming here for any auto part you need. THEY HAVE IT ALL. This use to be open for commercial use only but is now open to public. Danny Avilez was very helpful walked out very happy with the part that i was looking for, everywhere else had nothing or either to far. Besides entry door being confusing thats the least, you can tell if its the right door or not. Open to public once again its a warehouse which is why its hidden in the back
Poor customer service web page hours are incorrect. Drove 40mns for no reason.
Others are saying this is just a warehouse or distribution center for Advance Auto Parts and yes, that is true. BUT you CAN walk in and still purchase parts. They don't have a full store, that you can walk through but they do have a counter with employees there. I've needed a couple of difficult to find parts for my work truck quickly and thankfully this location typically has them in stock and is only 10 minutes away from me. Whatever you do, do not work here. Extremely unorganized and very unprofessional. What a waste of time!!!
