out of all the auto parts stores advance Auto has the best customer service also they are willing to help you figure things out unlike AutoZone O'Reilly's and Napa...
RecommendedMy son had car troubles this morning and Chad was incredibly helpful! Although he could have sold my son a battery, he instead pointed out to him that his battery was still under warranty with a different auto parts store. He helped take the dead battery out and, after getting a new one at the other store, replaced it for my son. He certainly didn't have to do so, but he was so kind to do it. We will remember and we will be back!
I visited today, as an "outsider". I'm hoping to learn, with my boys, some mechanical things this summer, and an air filter seemed like a good (and needed) place to start. The crew was VERY welcoming, and when I didn't know the size of my engine, the manager C. Alkire, didn't waste a second before walking outside to look at my car.
