Was driving for rideshare on busy Friday night, just got online finished my third ride an headlight goes out. Thought I was done for night but went in 5 minutes before close and the manager in there hooked me up and she even put bulb in for me, I was back on the road and made my quota. Kudos to the women of Advance Auto!!!!
After being in que for 19+ hours with AAA Ohio for a dead battery (my car was literally blocking the alleyway behind my house), I called Advance Auto Parts in Grandview Area and got Christina. She was knowledgeable, positive and so very helpful. Not only was I able to purchase the correct battery from Advance Auto Parts - she drove to my house and installed it for me! If that isn't great customer service, I don't know what is. Thank you again Christina for getting me back on the road!
I will never shop here again. Bought a battery from them and first they gave me the wrong battery so I had to go back. Then when I returned my old battery they were suppose to give me a $20 credit. This was back in April and I have still not received it. I called and talked to them a couple of times and they told me there was nothing he could do for me.
