I was very pleased with the help I received at Northport (Larkfield) because I had a problem with how my wiper warranty was set up at another store and they went out of their way to assist me and solve my problem. They including Jimmy were very caring and helpful. I was a happy customer because they assured me I did not have to worry. They accommodated me in every way. I will definitely come back again. They are patient and informed. Thank you guys!
I just bought a new truck a couple of days ago. I need an oil change and new wipers. Since I was around the neighborhood I pass by, I was greeted by friendly staff and helped by a gentleman named Jimmy. He helped me find oil, filter, and wipers that best suit my needs. He suggested the engine oil was in promotion where buying a gallon of oil gets you a free oil filter. I took the deal and bought 2 gallons of oil. I work around the corner from this location, I went it to grab some wiper blades for my car. I had the pleasure of working with Jason who helped me find exactly what I needed and even offered to help me install them. Id highly recommend this place because of him.
