Tried to make a simple one-item return today—unopened transmission oil. (Dealership used their own preferred brand) I did not bring in a receipt because all they offer here is a 1.5” x 2” paper receipt. Who can keep up with that? When I request a return and a full refund at the front counter, the guy is very short with me and asks for the receipt.
