Advance Auto Parts Rocks. I called them to ask about a part I was unable to order online but could get majorly discounted due to online coupons. The man told me, I have the one part in stock and the other I have to order and can have here tomorrow. He also beat the price I had online!!! I will get my parts tomorrow.
The two employees on the evening of 11/30/16, including the manager, were the worst I have EVER seen. Profanity, indifference, obnoxious, and to top it off, they essentially said that they do not honor lifetime warranties. Wow, it literally could not get worse.

I went into Advance Auto Parts today and was helped Jamie. She went above and beyond in assisting me. True customer service is rare to find so please recognize Jamie for going above and beyond her duties. Please tell her thank you so much for her help and if you tell her that I was the lady that her "rear end greased" she will probably remember. lol
