Customer service was great for the most part, they had what I was looking for .
Came to get battery tested turns out I needed a new one. Original was discontinued but they still honored my warranty and upgraded my new battery.
I am here to get a battery replacement for a battery I purchased here a couple months ago. Now I am being told that it is no longer under warranty and that I have to pay for it. Plus I am being told that the value decreases after 20 months which was not explained to me when I made my original purchase. I really thought that this company was honest and good. However I am truly disappointed and do not think I would ever shop here again for my auto needs.
