Derrick is an exceptional employee. He helped me change my car battery. He was very friendly and gave accurate and best recommendations for my selection of a good car battery with explanations as well. He is a great example of customer service !
Very nice helpful staff
Went there today to get my battery tested because it would not start this morning. Derek did a great job and showed me that my battery was weak. He installed the new battery for free and made sure to check if everything was working correctly.
Buena Atención.
I had to get parts for two different cars the wrong parts was ordered for one vehicle when I went to return the parts I got an attitude and it was like the guy was annoyed because I was bringing back items to the store. Then when I had to get different parts I had to wait over half hour on the employee to pick parts & ring me up needless to say. I will never come back to this location the service is garbage the employees have attitudes I went to a different location in Nassau County with night & day customer service.
