This is by far the worst customer service at any advance auto parts. When calling your placed on hold for over 10 minutes with no response. If you finally speak to someone they put you back on hold or scream at you, I think John was his name and hangs up the phone. He complains that they are busy and my little purchase doesn’t matter to them. Better off going to autozone, atleast they check the box to make sure it’s not a used part or wrong part in the box.
Broken wiper blade during not so great road conditions. Helped with purchase of new blades and installed them for me in no time! Awesome Guys!!
It was great. Dan and Franklin were amazing and helped me get what I needed and recommended a great mechanic to fix the other part of my car!!!
Mike was great! I came in he helped right away and hes genuinely such a nice guy i have an alfa romeo so usually its a bit complicated getting parts and service help but mike helped me out no problem. He got me set up with brakes and rotors in 4 minutes and i was out. Amazing store with great staff.
