I want to thank the manager. I think her name is Lorraine. She is such an awesome human being. She is such a great person. You guys don’t even know what a jam you have working for you and I hope you guys appreciate her She. I came there because my battery was dying. She explained to me how the warranty work because I purchased my battery back in 2024. This store has the best Customer service of them all. Associates are attentive and caters to the needs of the customer. Very friendly environment. If they dont have what i need at the time, they will try their best to get it. This store i will recommend to anyone that needs auto parts.
The tall senior guy with white hair working here is incredibly rude, he berated his employee in front of me and was combative with me for absolutely no reason, literally walking away from me as I'm asking simple questions, he was also visibly shaking the more upset he got. You might want to put him to work elsewhere, customer service isn't his specialty
The manager provided exceptional assistance, demonstrating both patience and expertise in guiding me to the precise items required, and exhibited comprehensive knowledge regarding my selections.
