I had to reduce my rating to 2 stars. Nice people but they said the prices change so fast they can't keep up on the stickers and have the correct prices on the shelves. As a customer I can't make a purchase when I have to guess the real price. Never seen a retailer operate like this. Very good service! The employee helping me (Jayonn H) made sure I understood the repair I was doing and helped me select parts that were the best value! So I went in to advance Auto parts in Xenia, Ohio. Looking for a few things for my vehicle and everybody was very friendly. Service was prompt professional. They helped me find what I need. I have no complaints. Great customer service and I filmed everything I needed
Everyone is very friendly and go out of their to help. I know I can get things cheaper online but I’m happy to pay extra for the customer service . They put my windshield fluid in my car and installed my wiper blades, all with a smile!
