Worst customer service EVER!! BE WARNED!! This establishment is unethical and discriminates against Seniors!!! We brought our car in because the battery died.. under warranty. Jacob (the "mechanic" on duty) replaced it for 'free' and blew the fuses!! Then they advised us to bring it to Acura, and Acura said (AND DOCUMENTED) that the battery was installed wrong causing the fuses to blow out. They charged over $300 and said that Advanced Auto Parts should be responsible for the charge!!! When we went back to them, they gave us... read more
