I will never shop at an advance auto parts again. I made an online order and when I went to the store i took 2 items off of my order and was given a new receipt. when I checked my bank statement, it shows i was charged the full amount. I gave it 10 days for a refund to come through and never did. I was on hold with customer service for an hour for them to tell me the store advised i took all the items i was charged for. My receipt was correct but they charged me $15 extra dollars and are refusing to refund me. NEVER AGAIN! I... read more
