These guys are super helpful and honest will definitely be coming back in the future.
Today I went to buy 80 bucks worth of wiper blades. Counter help was on phone. After call he asked me what I wanted. Then he took another phone call and dealt completely with that customer. Then ANOTHER call and dealt with that customer. I walked out without purchasing. Is this bad customer service training or just a clod? I went down the street to o’Reilly and got my blades.
I woke up to a dead car battery. I called this store and they were so professional and nice. They provided me with the pricing right away, and Jose had my old battery out and the new battery in within 15 minutes. Highly recommend.
Excellent and friendly service, always. My battery wasn't working anymore, and David Ram�rez, one of the friendly young guys who works there, first helped me test my battery with a scanner, and once we determined it was no longer good, he helped me install the best option. He saved me on my trip. I 100% recommend this auto parts store for your car 🏆👏🏼
