Extremely poor customer service skills across the board. They act like your a burden to them. Attitude and not willing to be of help.
The managerial customer service is horrible. He is lazy and it shows in his staff. He is incompetent and let’s you know it. He doesn’t listen to the customers and is unwilling to go the extra INCH to assist. I only go because of the closeness. I will drive the extra mile from here on out to NOT spend my money there ever again.
RecommendedAna rocked! I stopped at Auto Zone because the light for my headlight they sold me died. They couldn’t replace it again after three guys tried. Was told to take it to the shop. Went to Advance Auto Parts, told Ana my story and in about 15 seconds she had the light out. Another 20 seconds was spent with her replacing with a new part. They have a customer for life!!
