I took back some vent visors that were messed up when packaged. The guy at the counter acted like he didnt want to help me. After i had called before time to see what I needed to bring with me, he told me he couldnt give me a refund without the order number which they didnt say anything about on the phone. I would have rather gone to Autozone.
Went in to Advance auto parts tonight for some things for my car and the service man, Josh, would not let my 6 year old use the bathroom. Luckily, the nice people at Auto Zone let her go! Needless to say, Advance will no longer get any of our business.
