You could actually improve by honoring rebates, and stop scamming the public with fraud. I bought spark plugs and a thermostat which came with a rebate attached to the receipt. So I went and filled out the rebate online as it outlined only to be rejected a few days later. This is fraud, which I have reported to the BBB as well as the Texas Attorney general for investigation. This practice of fraud misleads and violates public's trust.
