I am astounded at the lack of customer service at this particular location compared to others. I hope and pray that corporate sends a secret shopper. To location or even just calls to order a part. And see how you get treated over the phone. Wait till you go and visit nobody's. There wants to help you, they're impatient. Want you to leave the store everything you ask for if they don't have. I just can't believe it. This place is still open. How have they not completely replaced their staff. They have lost my business.

Not as helpful as they use to be. I went Friday to get my Alternator and Battery checked. Alternator was fine but I was told I needed a new battery. My battery sits near the tire and it needed to be removed. I told the guy I'll be back Monday help (paid service). I came back and tried replacing my warranty battery (only had 2 days left) and I was told that it read good so I couldn't replace it.
